Rich Frigon
People are Rich’s passion. Solving people issues and understanding personality and behavior and its impact on individuals, teams, and leadership performance is his experience. Applying his experience in solving your employee problems and frustrations and elevating individual and team performance is his expertise.
Since 1991, Rich has been developing the leadership skills and abilities of his clients’ leadership teams. His expertise comes from his experience in the leadership trenches: coaching, advising, and counseling business owners, entrepreneurs, leaders, managers, professionals, and teams in companies as small as 10 employees and as big as 58,000 employees worldwide.
Rich's consulting strength lies in his coaching skills and his ability to improve individual and team performance with a sincere, intuitive, and practical approach that gets results. Whether coaching an up-and-comer or an effective leader, dealing with the most difficult team conflict, poor performers, or personality conflicts, Rich’s direct, nurturing, and facilitative approach is intuitive and experience based. His extensive and diverse business experience and ability to understand personality and behavior has fostered his reputation as an effective leadership coach. Leaders, entrepreneurs, and business owners know Rich for providing pragmatic and effective business advice as it relates to solving people, team, and performance issues.
Academically, Rich received both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Western New England University. While in college, Rich studied business as well as organizational behavior, leadership, and psychology.
Rich is known for developing and maintaining long-term client relationships, with a strong passion toward customer service and commitment to his clients.
While away from the office, Rich enjoys traveling with his wife, Jackie, in their RV, playing pickleball, leaving the pavement in their Ford Bronco, being president of a Newmar Kountry Klub chapter, and enjoying time with his family and friends.
Jackie Frigon
Jackie is the backbone of the One On One team. As the office manager in our fast-paced, high-performance human resources consulting business, she supports all our work and keeps Matt and Rich on track and in line! Jackie brings over 30 years of experience as an office manager: for One On One since 2006, 10 years as the office manager for a financial advisor, and eight years as an office manager for another consulting firm. Additionally, she brings 16 years of experience in both the Marketing and the Strategy & Research Divisions at Mass Mutual Life Insurance Co.
Jackie is known for her friendly personality, extremely high commitment to customer service, excellent follow-up skills, and overall professionalism. She is also known for her great organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task in managing our workload.
While away from the office, Jackie enjoys spending time traveling with her husband, Rich, in their RV, leaving the pavement in their Ford Bronco, hiking, reading, being co-president with Rich of a chapter of the Newmar Kountry Klub, and cherishing time with her family and friends.
Matt Francoeur
With 20 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, Matt brings practical experience to the team. He prides himself as the guy who started on the shop floor and worked his way up to leading organizations. He has held most major departmental leadership and management roles, such as, production, quality, engineering, and sales, and he spent the last 10 years as a general manager and plant manager. His experience is well-balanced between leading in small businesses and in Fortune-50 organizations.
When asked, “Why become a leadership consultant?”, he will tell you his passion lies in supporting people in becoming a better version of themselves as a leader. Growing a leader’s confidence, helping them understand their blind spots, and situationally coaching and resolving complicated leadership situations are the most satisfying parts of his role.
Academically he has his Bachelor's in Business Administration with a focus in information systems and achieved his MBA with a focus in organizational leadership.
Outside of work, Matt is passionate about enjoying the outdoors, from being an avid mountain biker to camping and fishing.
Gail Ciccione
Gail Ciccione has joined One on One as an Executive Coach. She has been an advocate of leadership development her entire career. She is a firm believer that in order to meet the business demands, leadership development is imperative.
Prior to joining One on One, Ms. Ciccione spent more than 40 years with medical device companies in a variety of leadership positions in both manufacturing operations and supply chain. Her background includes extensive work with Tyco Healthcare for 28 years, and C.R. Bard for 2 years, Kimberly Clark for 7 years, Becton Dickinson for 5 years, and Laborie Medical Technologies for 2 years. Her background leadership experiences include positions as Supervisor, Master Planner, Superintendent, Safety Coordinator, Operations Manager, Plant Manager, VP of Operations, and COO.
Gail and her husband are supporters of the Alzheimer’s Association and Arthritis Foundation. They also volunteer their time at a North Georgia Animal Shelter.
Ms. Ciccione earned a BS in Business Administration from Augusta State University.
Ms. Ciccione is based in Roswell, Ga. Her personal interests include golfing and running.
