  • Our “It’s Okay to Be the Boss” book workshop program has successfully developed leaders at all levels: team leaders, supervisors, managers, senior executives, presidents, and business owners. This training experience offers a very personalized leadership growth experience, and each participant will be held accountable to apply and share their learnings with the class.   • This extended 4-to-5-hour workshop is a deep dive on the specific behaviors of your team as it relates to building and maintaining teamwork and trust within the group. Our philosophy is that for teams to improve, individual behaviors need to be understood and addressed. People need to work on themselves by first learning and growing and translate to new habits and behaviors to improved teamwork and trust. Therefore, each participant will complete the TKI and PBI leadership profiles to understand and self-reflect on how their tendencies contribute, or not, to teamwork and trust. This engagement includes a team-climate survey, interviews with each participant, a comprehensive discussion around the elements of teamwork and trust, specific barriers to teamwork and trust within the group, and an analysis of the behavioral assessments which are integrated in the workshop. The goal of this engaging workshop is to identify the gaps in teamwork and trust and create an action plan for visible and sustainable team growth.
