The Leadership Trifecta - How To Improve Conflict Management, Leadership Influence, and Accountability. Dates: 3/18, 3/25, 4/1
The Leadership Trifecta: Managing conflict, influencing, and holding people accountable are three of the most essential and foundational skills to being an effective leader. Each capability requires courage, self-awareness, and different behaviors based on the audience and circumstances at hand. Whether you are an individual contributor or a people leader, you will be challenged to engage conflict, give feedback, set expectations, manage work through people, and hold people accountable. The most effective leaders have a high level of self- awareness and understand their behaviors and how to get results through people.
As one our most popular and impactful workshops, you will attend three powerful sessions, and each participant will complete our leadership assessments prior to the training. These two assessments are the foundation for understanding the behaviors that you use to influence, manage conflict, and hold people accountable. Specifically, you will learn the tendencies you favor, the tendencies that may be ineffective, and which tendencies to use more. Each workshop is 2.5 hours and will offer intuitive and practical tools and techniques that will flat out help you become a more effective leader. We will also provide you with one-on-one coaching around your leadership assessment results, as well as author a behavioral development plan for you.
If you are interested in an accelerated-leadership-growth experience with practical and real-life insight into how to become a more effective leader, then this program is for you. Register today!
The training sessions will be held on Wednesdays, March 18th, 25th, and April 1st from 1:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m., EST.
