Our “It’s Okay to Be the Boss” book workshop program has successfully developed leaders at all levels: team leaders, supervisors, managers, senior executives, presidents, and business owners. This training experience offers a very personalized leadership growth experience, and each participant will be held accountable to apply and share their learnings with the class. The program is spread out over nine, 1.5–2-hour sessions and includes the completion of the TKI Conflict and PBI Influencing assessments by each participant. The assessment profiles will be linked to the learnings, discussed in each session, and will help the participants learn how to be the boss in an effective and practical way.

  • Take the stress out of leading and holding people accountable.

  • Implement a “system” of leadership.

  • Coach, motivate, and inspire their team.

  • Set expectations, follow up, and coach to improve performance of their team.

  • Provide constructive feedback that inspires, not demotivates.

  • Become a more effective team leader.

The programs dates are as follows: 2/20, 2/27, 3/6, 3/13, 3/20, 3/27, 4/3, 4/10, and 4/17.
